About this Project
Client Concept.
Take an existing unused third floor and create a master suite.
Design. Build.
This was a retrofit project. Job one was adding plumbing, water, and venting to code without altering the look and feel of the original structure.
The en suite included his and her showers, lots of tiling, and a wall-mounted toilet, which is a rare residential application.
To maximize the small footprint we incorporated pocketed doors and many other custom handcrafted features.
